Please read the following information before registration

 

REGISTRATION:

Registration opens on Sunday 01 August at 5pm.

Each participant has to fill in the registration form individually. Couples must fill in the form separately, specifying your partner’s name.

 

Willing to revive the intimacy and warmth of our last year event and willing to preserve your dancing comfort, we will accept up to 100 participants. As we aim to maintain a perfect balance with regards to gender/role and country of residence, the order of registration is not the decisive factor. Thank you for your understanding!

Massilia Tango Marathon is a private event, reserved to dancers whose registration has been confirmed.

 

CONFIRMATION:

After sending the form you will get an automatic message confirming your registration request. Important: if you don’t receive an email, please, check the SPAM folder (Gmail users: also check the Promotions folder) or contact us!

We will do our best to answer you within 3 weeks. After this time, you will receive a confirmation message informing you if your registration has been accepted or if you have been put on a waiting list. Again, if you haven’t received any email after 3 weeks, please, send a message to massiliatangomarathon@gmail.com or through Facebook.

 

PAYMENT:

The price is 120€ and it includes

 

• the marathon (28 hours of dancing, water and fruits all along)

• 2 dinners

• 2 brunches

• PRACTICANDO Association membeship

• entrance to the Sunday’s night After Party (this part of the event will also be open to unregistered people).

 

You will find all the payment instructions in the confirmation email.

If you subscribe as a couple, your registration will be confirmed once both payments are received.

ACCOMMODATION:

For your best comfort you will have the opportunity to sleep at the Bois-Luzy castle. Only a few rooms are available on first come, first served basis!

COVID-19:

Your health and comfort are our priorities. We will do our very utmost to see the Massilia Tango Marathon 3 take place in compliance with the regulations and health guidelines in force.

By confirming your registration, you agree to respect the protocol that may be established by the organisers and the host.                                           

In view of the exceptional sanitary situation, the payment will be postponed to 15 September, and only under conditions appropriated to the smooth running of the event, faces uncovered.

CANCELLATION:

No refunds possible. However, until 20 October you can submit a substitute to be approved by the organizers.

Beware: no more changes possible start from 20 October.
