Please read the following information before registration.

REGISTRATION :

 

Carillon de la Mer Tango Marathon is a private event, reserved to dancers whose registration has been confirmed.

Each participant has to fill in the registration form individually. Couples must fill in the form separately, specifying your partner’s name.

 

Willing to revive the conviviality and warmth of our previous events and willing to preserve your dancing comfort, the number of participants is limited to 160. As we aim to maintain a perfect balance with regards to role/gender and country of residence, the order of registration is not the decisive factor. Thank you for your understanding!

CONFIRMATION :

 

After sending the form you will get an automatic message confirming your registration request. We will do our best to answer you within 3 weeks. After this time, you will receive a confirmation message informing you if your registration has been accepted or if you have been put on a waiting list. If you haven’t received any email after 3 weeks, please, check the SPAM folder, send a message to massiliatangomarathon@gmail.com or through Facebook.

 

You will find all the payment instructions in the confirmation email.

If you subscribe as a couple, your registration will be confirmed once both payments are received.

 

FARES :

 

Carillon de la Mer is a RESIDENTIAL marathon. 
All participants are given full board accommodation at the Village Club Miléade in Carry-le-Rouet. Two options to choose from: 2 nights or 3 nights.

​CANCELLATION :

​

All confirmed acceptance fees paid to the marathon are neither refundable nor transferable, in case participants can't come for personal reasons (but until 15 days before the event you can propose a substitute, who must be accepted by the organisers).

We propose 100% refund of the fees received by Practicando should the marathon be postponed or cancelled.

NB: under no circumstances will we be able to refund any bank charges, nor travel or accommodation costs: don't forget to take your precautions.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY :

The personal data collected by PRACTICANDO association at registration will be only used for the smooth running of the event purposes.

SAFER DANCE SPACES :

We are excited to announce that we are official members of  Safer Dance Spaces (SDS).
Safer Dance Spaces is an organisation dedicated to making our dance spaces safer and braver globally by kicking out sexual harassment and abuse in our dance communities.

Since our very first event, we have always been committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
By joining SDS, we are taking proactive steps to ensure that our tango marathon remains a place where everyone feels respected and safe to participate. We also believe that we can contribute to creating a culture of accountability and respect within our tango community.
